are approved to attend. You MUST get this written reply of approval and show

it upon check-in.

Getting a Membership is not your approval. Please tell us about yourself - Full

Name, age, where you are from / location, your LS experience and how long

you have been in the LS and any referrals you may have. Upon attending, you

will also be required to show a valid photo ID that matches your membership.



 

Some IMPORTANT details:

Security will be provided and yes you may also see Local law enforcement

which we occasionally request to be on site.


NO Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the facility, Smoking in designated OUTSIDE

area only!           

                                               


 NO DRUGS OF ANY TYPE -NO WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE violate these and you will

be banned for life and arrested.


Must be 21 to enter and MUST HAVE VALID PHOTO ID!!

1. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR ANY TYPE OF SMOKE/FLAME INSIDE OF BUILDING

Violation will result in immediate removal without refund including adding you to our ban list and sharing your info with all other clubs and groups in the southeast in our network to keep you for attending ANY LS events on the east coast. In addition, your actions resulting in a fire alarm will be subject to a minimum $1500 alarm fee charged to your card and or action by our attorney for such amount including fees,court costs and loss of revenue that could total thousands!! REWARD- to anyone reporting someone smoking inside that we verify and remove.



2. NO GLASS WHATSOEVER In or around Pool area - ZERO! You will be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY

and most likely the person next to you as well - if they saw it and didnt report it, they are

gone too!  just dont bring glass and no worries.


Harsh? Yep, but you sure don't want to be the one who doesn't follow rules,

brings glass, breaks it, and shuts down the party....Do

you really want 500 VERY angry people VERY pissed at you??



3. Anyone not disposing of cigarette butts properly -Seen in person

or by camera, We will impose a $250 cleaning fee and / or you WILL BE

REMOVED WITHOUT REFUND! Come on, have some class or hit the

road!  If you see someone trowing Butts on the ground, PLEASE let us know.

YES, we have charged for this more than once!!, as us or our wives DO NOT want to be

crawling around Sunday morning picking up wet cigarette butts.

Yes, we have imposed these charges and will continue to do so- DONT be that

person!



4. Parking -  The FIRST 70 couples to purchase tickets, will receive a parking pass emailed

to you prior to the event  All others can uber or use the provided shuttle service to an

overflow lot.

PLEASE remove all valuables from vehicles, NOT responsible for loss, theft or

damage. *See our Rules Page 

5. LATE ARRIVAL - If you have reservations at the Host Hotel , you MUST CHECK IN

before ___. If arriving after ____, you must contact us BEFORE

6pm to get a late arrival pass >we will NOT be checking any messages

after 6pm.  We will LOCK DOWN the event at  ____
