that you see at every LSC event.....only WETTER!

This will be one Wet and Wild night to remember, Book early as only 100 will get in and

like every event for almost 13 years, this will sell out!

This will be a LIMITED event and will cut off ticket sales at 100

memberships (couples count as 1).

A membership is required to attend, Basic LSC membership starts at $20

per year. *See the membership page

Gates will open at 2pm and close at 6pm.  Contact us directly for

approval for late arrival.

NO Tickets will be sold at the door.

PARKING PASSES are now sold out BUT there IS still spots available to attend the party.

OVERFLOW PARKING - We will provide a shuttle for all others to the overflow parking lot.

The shuttle will not run to local hotels, only the overflow parking lot.

YES - UBER service is allowed 

The Villa is located in Concord nc and features a mansion style residence that includes

bathrooms , shower, nice common area and play rooms/ areas indoors. Outdoor areas

include a resort style pool and a common play and party area. There are no over night

accommodations however there are several close by Hotels. We will post the preferred

hotel this week and the Villa address will be sent to ticket holders.

*Shuttle to overflow parking lot does not run to area Hotels.

You MUST INCLUDE your membership number with your payment. 

Please screen shot your payment as your receipt. We will add your member number to

the paid list to check off when you arrive.  No refunds credits or exchanges. This event is

rain or shine. 

Couples ticket  -  $100

Single Female  -  $35

Single Male - $100 MUST FIRST GET  APPROVAL see bottom of page

VIP Members

This is a non VIP guaranteed entry event however VIP members will get EARLY ENTRY

into the event. Details will be emailed to all VIP members within the next week

then posted here.

Some IMPORTANT details:

1. PLEASE see and review our rules page


2. Security will be provided.


3. NO Smoking or vaping anywhere inside the facility, Smoking in designated OUTSIDE

area only!  Dispose of Butts properly or you will be removed and ban without refund.
                                               

4. NO DRUGS NO WEAPONS OF ANY TYPE

5. Must be 21 to enter and ALL MUST HAVE VALID PHOTO ID!!


6. NO GLASS WHATSOEVER In or around Pool area - ZERO! You will be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY

and most likely the person next to you as well > if they saw it and didnt report it, they are

gone too!  just dont bring glass and no worries.

Harsh? Yep, but you sure don't want to be the one who doesn't follow rules,

brings glass, breaks it, and shuts down the party..


7. Anyone not disposing of cigarette butts properly - youre gone period !


8. Parking -  The FIRST 65 couples to purchase tickets, will receive a parking pass emailed

to you prior to the event to the email on your membership.  All others can uber or use the

provided shuttle service to an overflow lot.

PLEASE remove all valuables from vehicles, NOT responsible for loss, theft or

9. This event is rain or shine. No refunds, credits or exchanges whatsoever. 

10. LATE ARRIVAL - You must contact us for late arrival prior to 12 noon to get approval for late arrival.

11. NO Lifeguard on duty swim at your own risk!

We must limit the number, please get prior approval by contacting us

about attending. YOU MUST GET A CONFIRMATION email from us stating you

are approved to attend. You MUST get this written reply of approval and show

it or approval code upon check-in.

Getting a Membership is not your approval. Please tell us about yourself - Full

Name, age, where you are from / location, your LS experience and how long

you have been in the LS and any referrals you may have. Upon attending, you

will also be required to show a valid photo ID that matches your membership.
